Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-21

This policy describes the Louisiana Cutting Invoice Automation application, an internal tool used by Louisiana Cutting LLC.

Information processed

The application may process packing-slip PDFs and related business information from QuickBooks Online, including invoice numbers, customer names, invoice amounts, balances, payment terms, billing email addresses, invoice dates, due dates, payment status, and QuickBooks record identifiers.

How information is used

Information is used only to support Louisiana Cutting's invoicing, document-filing, exception-review, payment-tracking, and audit processes.

Storage

Packing slips, application records, configuration, and audit logs are stored on Louisiana Cutting-controlled systems. OAuth tokens used to access QuickBooks Online are stored for the purpose of maintaining the authorized connection.

Sharing

The application does not sell personal information. Information is transmitted to or received from Intuit only as needed for the authorized QuickBooks Online integration and may otherwise be handled by Louisiana Cutting personnel as part of normal business operations.

Retention and security

Louisiana Cutting applies access controls and retention practices appropriate to its internal business records. Access to the application and stored records is limited to authorized users.

Disconnecting QuickBooks

Authorized administrators may disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration, which removes the application's stored OAuth connection and revokes the application's QuickBooks authorization when available.
